I have 52 Glass Frills so far. Have a whole bunch of black element dragon fails to evolve and trade in. This is a win-win for me. I get bombs to collect glass frills and food and I get small onyx stones from the trades so I can craft one more large onyx and then craft Jade dragon. :)

You can store up to 25 bombs indefinitely.

Also there has been no announcement that the Glass dragon is expiring. That usually happens around the last week in the month. So you do have lots of time still.

The time shown in the spell shop is the time to craft the dragon egg once you have the required number of pieces. You will be able to collect the needed pieces (glass frill or hibiscus blossoms) as long as the game allows. I'm guessing that the hibiscus blossoms will no longer be available by mid-June. I agree with Sparkly888 that the glass frills will still be available through late-June.

Today we are in the middle of the mining term for the Glass Dragon.
ATM I'm with 197 Glass Frills, only 3 missing.
I don't want to go for the second Glass Dragon but I'm afraid I don't have a choice. I can use these bombs for food at least, not waste them.
My evolution temple is busy around the clock, but mining is really tough since TL changed the sequence of the prizes.
Don't blame your luck coz it has nothing to do with mining, to my understanding it's just TL is making fun at us :):):)

I've still got plenty of dragons to evolve. Problem is so many of them take so long to do so - 18 hours, 44 hours, 22 hours, etc. That's days I'm losing not getting bombs and I can't mine. I get a ton once the evolving is done but I'm afraid they're taking so long that I'll run out of time. I've got to get 28 more.

Once I have the 200 I'll stop evolving once I hit 25 bombs in storage. This way I've always got some waiting to evolve when the new dragons come out. Don't want to start to craft a second one (though I'd love it for trade purposes) just in case in the middle of doing that it goes limited.

I've decided that evolving is the only thing I'll spend gold on.
In order to get to Epic a dragon has to spend 3 times as long in the Evolution Temple as it does in the nest. Once for llevel 4, 7 and 10.
I can buy all the nests I want if I choose but only ever one Evolution Temple.
So unless I stop breeding for awhile I'll have to speed evolve with gold in order to get my all dragons to even level 4.
I have spent most of my evolution time on evolving fails to trade so I have an island full of dragons lined up for the temple.

So far, they just stay in storage. There's been clamor for a "Frankenstein dragon" (by which people mean a Frankenstein's Monster Dragon) that uses up all the random parts we have left in inventory, but who knows if it will happen!

I can't say for sure but the last two mining dragons only lasted about a month (Amber and Rune). If that pattern repeats again with the Glass dragon then we'll be getting another mining dragon in a couple of weeks. That's a long way of saying I doubt you'll have enough time to collect another 200 pieces without speeding up evolutions.

My Glass dragon is in final evolution atm, and i hope it'll be a useful warrior in battles with its color combo, it's a pity that we get so many new dragons but many of them rarely have much use in tournaments.

Tempting to go for a 2nd glass, i dunno. If my maths is right i will get pretty close, but i i would need to do a little bit of speed evolving and then i would be with very little bombs for the next one. Ive got 42 spare glass and 23 bombs, then with 7 more full days (i think) i should get to 65 bombs giving me another 130 glass for a total of 170ish. Still 5 days or 120gems short i suppose. Hmm, i cant decide.

New dragons I wish to evolve are not the easiest to come by. Most of the rest of mine are epic already! I hate evolving ones I then just sell. It is such a waste of habitat space and food.....

Sitting on 25 bombs with a bunch of dragons waiting to evolve and a finished Quetzal that's been sitting on the chamber for a week. I would like to see the part limit bumped up to 50 bombs or so.

I think we should get a new mining dragon in about a week. I have two Glass. Haven't evolved the second one, it's still level 1. It will probably be sacrificed in the arena at some point or I'll just sell it if I run out of room. I still have plenty of dragons to evolve. Making sure I have 25 bombs in storage at all times now. It would be great if TL increased the number.

I feel your pain, right as I was using my last bomb last week, I ended up getting the exact number of Frills I needed to get 200. Right as I was about to exit out of the mine, my game crashed and I lost those 3 frills. And I had no dragons that needed evolving. I hope you're able to get all 200 frills!

I'm still 73 glass frills away :/ not gonna get it all all if this is the case, which means I've wasted a lot of bombs trying, I never get them coz most of my dragons are epic or cost too much to feed, only just managed to get my rainbow evolving and I better get more than 3 bombs for it, coz no matter what dragon I evolve to epic, I'm only getting 3-4 bombs max and well that's not getting me anywhere :/

I sped up the chamber a couple I had quite a few baby dragons (duplicates) and made sure that I only evolved those that rounded out to 4 hours (like fuzzy was 8 hours, winter & mistmoth were 12 hours ) did of those and was lucky to get 2-3 frills with each of those (those were the three I sped up so it costed me 32 gold) and my last one should be done in about 7 more hours and I will get five bombs from that dragon (golem) I need 3 more frills which I should not have a problem getting but just in case I still have one more fuzzy I can evolve in time before it ends.
babie's do not take much in the way of food to get to level 4, If I had been better at using my chamber I might not have had this problem, but the game crashing and loosing about 10% of yours bombs is not fun either. hope you are able to get the last one's you need

They really should ask for either less frills (or whatever they may be) or extend the time to two months. One month for 200 is just a gold trap.

Get a second nest. For the older players who only evolve at level 6 and 9 you could continuously load that 2nd nest with water dragons and it only takes 1830 food to get them to level 7. That's 2 diamondates and a rushroom. If you have been playing that long and have many epics, money and food shouldn't be a problem. Habitat and space could be a problem though.
If you are a casual player you will miss out too. My wife has missed out because she wouldn't check her evolution temple everyday.
This game rewards players who constantly check their islands everyday. Me personally I am going to miss out on that England football dragon, I just can't invest that much time and energy into it. But I could if I wanted too

That's just my theory though. This is a complaint that comes up every month. It's hard to say what the problem is without looking at their island

Same happened to me, in the mining we have a timer but in the spell shop we don't have that blue rectangle saying "limited time", that's weird since the dragon is going away today, but the pop up saying that just expires tuesday it's strange, maybe TL made a mistake with the timer or maybe TL forgot to change the day of the week on the layout for the glass dragon. We just need to wait to see what happen xD

Last time the dragon left the crafting area at 10:30a so you can be risking it if you don't start the crafting by 10:30am pacific time today. It makes sense to give more time in crafting once the mine closes but you have to remember that this is TL. lol

Last couple of times the new dragon became available the same afternoon the old dragon expired. I'd guess three or four hours.

I feel like removing the Glass Dragon from the craft was a mistake, based on the messaging. I thought maybe they would give people a chance to craft it a few days after the mining was finished. I think that's how it worked for the Amber Dragon, but not since.

We are lucky to get the timer in the mine let a lone anything else from TL. However, Kooky did state on this forum 8 days ago that we have less than 8 days for this dragon. The dragons stay in the mine for about 4 weeks so mark the calendar since that is when the next one will end.

Where'd this dragon go? It said it was ending Tuesday... I would have bought the last of the things I needed if I knew it was today!!!!! I only needed 175 gold to craft it but I was trying to get more to mine. Is there any way to get this????

I love all dragons with pink element. Blew up my 25 bombs and collected 41 sunstone pieces.

I hope TL does something to compensate for the mixup. Maybe those affected should email and post on the Bugs & Issues forum. Maybe they will do something if they get enough emails and posts.

I got all the glass frills I needed went to craft it today (my crafting building has been busy crafting Quartz, Gemstone, and other things and noticed that the glass dragon is no longer on there am I now out of luck on being able to craft this beautiful dragon, totally bummed, hopefully someone will know how I can still get this dragon (all the glass frills are still in my storage, I click on it and it brings me to the craft hut but there is no glass dragon)
