Lost food

Ok now I'm peeved. All my food just disappeared! I've been "cooking" all day. This is ridiculous. I'm really angry. You guys need to fix this issue once and for all!

If i don't store it within the 24 hour day cycle, it disappears...this is not fair.
I should be able to keep my gifts for days similar to restaurant, city and farm story.
Have the rules changed?

This has happened twice to me now, today was the 2nd time. I have about 10 dishes out that i had been cooking for 24hours (overnight) It makes me very annoyed. I dont even know what my balance was before this happened so i know if it has deducted my balance or not. The strange thing about it was i bought two items for the shop floor i.e. paper rack and menu board, yet these remain in my shop.

Please please try and solve this. My storm ID is clairesdelights and my shop name is Miss Cupcakes. Level 23.
