Regarding the Valuepack I contacted support by email on 05/23/2014 22:47 CET and they offered me a very nice solution, which I'm very greatfull for.

I had to let support know I accepted the solution, which I did on 05/24/2014, 22:44 CET.

But up till now the solution hasn't been executed.

Since the Valuepack is expiring within almost 21 hours, it's kind of urgent.

I already contacted support again on 26/05/2014, 3:08 CET and one of the community-managers on this forum by PM, and just now I contacted support by email again.

Please, please, can someone let me know when they're gonna keep the deal?

You should be able to purchase the Value Pack now. :) I also moved the thread to Dragon Story since it's pertaining to that game.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone at Team Lava for their excellent service and help in this matter! It's realy extraordinairy, and a service they weren't required to give, so it's great!
