Regarding the Valuepack I contacted support by email on 05/23/2014 22:47 CET and they offered me a very nice solution, which I'm very greatfull for.
I had to let support know I accepted the solution, which I did on 05/24/2014, 22:44 CET.
But up till now the solution hasn't been executed.
Since the Valuepack is expiring within almost 21 hours, it's kind of urgent.
I already contacted support again on 26/05/2014, 3:08 CET and one of the community-managers on this forum by PM, and just now I contacted support by email again.
Please, please, can someone let me know when they're gonna keep the deal?
