I noticed some players where aiming to good to be true. After an internet connection error I started to see this:

It's a boost you can buy with coins called Super Aim Line. Of course, it's too expensive for most people to buy which is why you hardly ever see it. You get a few for free when you are a new player, I never used them. I just lay a straight edge on my screen if I want to aim perfectly and that is free!
