So is there a new in-game I missed memo on?
People have been joining our alliance, instantly declaring war, and then leaving to repeat this until they rejoin their original alliance.
If this isn't a reportable offense is surely is in bad form.
Currently we are at war because of this trick played by HolyKnights as seen in the following image:
