Help unlocking hello belladonna

First I am level 48
Greselda's garden is upgraded as far as it will go.
And when I go to trade with belladonna it's locked.
I forced closed the game. That did nothing
Restarted my iPad, nothing,
Deleted the all and reinstalled it, nothing,
What am I missing .....

We reviewed your account and didn't experience any difficulties with Trading with Belladonna. I recommend you try force-closing your game completely and reopening it again to have your game properly reload and see if you are able to access this trade now. Reinstalling the game and updating it with the most recent version might help as well. Hope this helps!

No problem! Is the craft "Trading with Belladonna" available for you now? Or were you experiencing difficulties with a different craft?

Do you mean the belladonna plant trade? If so these are the goals that need to be done to unlock it

1. Hello, Belladonna
Trade with Belladonna
-- Use the Royal Exchange: 15 Living Wood, 30 Mushrooms, 15 Rat Tails; 5 Hours.
Rewards: 1,400 coins, 5XP

2. Through the Grapevine
Find Lady Greselda - visit Greselda's Castle
Check Greselda's Garden - collect from Greselda's Dark Garden
Rewards: 1,400 coins, 5XP, unlock "Send Belladonna Plants" at the Royal Exchange

Send Belladonna Plants drops:
1 Belladonna Inscription and 1 trade ticket and various items including: Manticore Whisker, Vital Extract, Boar Tusks, Pile of Seeds, Rat Tail, Floral Glow, Faerie Jar, Dragon Scales, Golden Apple, Feral Magic, Troll Horn

Yes it looks like it calls for plants, it got that locked grayish overlay so it's a little hard to see.
