Where is the Breeding Den?

I am at level 18 and I have not seen anything resembling a breeding den. I thought I was suppose to get this at Level 5?

Have you looked in your market under Buildings? You have to buy it.

Go under market then click buildings. You should have one in your list.

If not, try restarting your device .
