Why can't I purchase gems

I want to purchase gems that you show are on sale but all I get is a blank screen. House name is Done. Level 100. Account signer88.

Check and make sure you have the most current apple software update for your device.

If so try going under settings-safari and clear out cookies, then restart your device.

If still issues, try deleting and redownloading the game.

I have done all of the above to no avail.
