ignoring requests

I'm noticing that my requests are not being fulfilled by my neighbors. How do I know who is really helping me? I approve all and any requests but mine are being ignored. Is that a strategic move?

There is really no way of knowing if your request are being ignored.

If I remember correctly, you can only receive up to 20 parts a day, so if you send out 40 request, they will be sent sporadically and to random people, if not all your friends are active anymore, that may be the culprit. Also, I'm a daily player and I've noticed on occasion (especially lately in all the games I play) that even if I check in in the morning and then later on after I get home from work, I'll have a request saying it was sent 21 hours ago (I've even had some that were saying they were sent several days ago and so on), yet that request wasn't there in the morning. So although you may be sending them the request now they may not be getting it until later. (I believe sending more than 20 request makes something like that happening more likely.) Just a thought.
