Circus tickets???

Just got 2 circus tickets in the arena but don't see them in storage and don't have a new world event showing. Does anyone know what the deal is with them? I do have the current tournament.

So for the Ticket Booth in the Market. Does anyone know if you get tickets for the World Event if you buy it? Or is it just decor?
I read the description. Just not sure if I want to spend gold on it. And will it have any value after the World Event is over?
