Spent gold by accident

Why isn't there some kind of security to stop you from spend gold accidentally? I was planting crops and hit the wrong farm and there went 40 gold. Then I was trying to breed a crusader dragon and was getting frustrated and put my head down. Looked up and spent 20 gold on food.

I agree should be a gold confirmation button ~ like when we purchase it.

Having said that ~

I have done the same thing while planting! And I was once going thru the album and clicked on a shadow to see what it was...and bought myself a fruitful dragon!!

I hate that dragon! Don't even have one ~ got rid of every one I ever got!

But really ~ it's our own fault. We need to slow down while tapping.

Yup it really stinks. Just sped up a farm by accident. Whether or not on purpose, the developers put the speed up button exactly where the Plant button is, so if you finish planting one farm and tap unsuccessfully on the next, you speed it up immediately when you try to plant.

40 gold isn't all that much to lose. I lost 700 once by speeding through an expansion i had just started. there were server problems, the game was extremely laggy, next thing I know i've gone from 1200+ gold to 500...
