gems loss

I had 558 gems in my bakery story account today ...i wanted to buy 122,000
coins for 10 gems only as this is the price listed...instead of deducting
10 gems only ...59 gems was deducted from my account...

i didnt purchase anything why would 59 gems be decuted from my account?... am paying real cash for these gems...this is not the first time that gems were taking from me, this is the third time .. I emailed team lava but they not helpingat all....

The forum cannot help with loss of gems, you will to send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check your game to find out what happened to your gems.

If it has been over 5 business days since you sent your email, you can respond back to your automatic email that has you ticket number to check on the status of your request.
