starting all over again

Hi everyone, need help. Im in level 49, but suddenly i starting over again, since my device was restarted after charging.. How can i get the old id? I don't want to start from level 1:(

Wow! Contact support never had that happen after re starting my phone. Only reason that should happen if you got a new device and re download the game which can transfer easily to your new device. But e-mail support for help. Try re installing the game and see if that helps first. But your lvl49 is saved on the TL serever and they can help you get it back.

I sent email to support and they helped me, now im playing in lvl 49 :-)
