Lost connection, lost tickets :(

Playing from an iPhone 5, with a 5-bar LTE connection, first it disconnected me from my game in the middle of a shot and gave me a forfeit.

Then in my next game, I waited almost 2-1/2 minutes for my opponent, he was forfeited, I was given the win but all my tickets were gone.

What can I do now?

The disconnection issue , is being worked on when you get disconnected and lose tickets.

If someone leaves the game, you will win, but you will not get your tickets back. It is the same as the gaming finishing with you winning.
