What do the clocks above our customers head mean?

What do the clocks above our customers head mean?


Customers have only a certain amount of time to be seated and given food before they get grumpy and leave heartbroken. That clock is just the "timer". Sometimes you wont even see the clock. If you have enough tables and food prepared the clock shouldn't bother you.

Yeah I have plenty of tables. Sometimes I think I have too many. That's good to know though. Thanks for the info.
