Hatching egg in Arctic Isle problem

Everytime i try to hatch my "Comet Dragon" egg and place it into its habitat the game resets to just before i hatched the egg 😓 why is this happening?

We took a look and did not see a Comet Dragon available to hatch in either your regular Island or the Arctic Isles. Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can take a look at this further?

Sorry not Comet but Meteor :o dragon,
Now it managed to hatch after the account hiccup :D
