My restaurant been hacked

Hi I am irahrasid05 and restaurant name IRAH DEZZ CAFE. This past one month I have been having problems with my restaurant. Someone is hacking it and has been changing all my stuffs in my restaurant. They have also been using all my gems. There are things that I bought then they would sell it away.Please help me its very iritating as even my decor have been changed. Is there anytink that can be done. I have also changed my password 3 times but still the same.
