Keep losing tickets

It happened last night and I thought maybe I played more games than I realized but tonight I signed on, played 1 game for 7 tickets and my opponent said sorry gotta go afterwards so I hit the button to take me back to the main page to pick another room and I lost 7 tickets.

This game is more frustration than fun at this point.
