Lost energy I just bought when it updated

Android 4.4.2 HTC One, candy blast mania v. 1.1.3.19g

I had just refilled my energy and beat level 80 when it updated. When it brought the home screen back up, I noticed that I suddenly had only one energy instead of the five I should have had, but my gems were still gone. I deleted and reinstalled, but that didn't solve the problem. I also powered my phone off and brought it back up and that didn't help either.

I took a look at your account and don't see any recent refills of energy, so it looks like the purchase was actually reverted. Do you remember how many Gems you had at the time?

I started with 13, bought 22 to buy a scoop (for 17 gems), so with 18 left, I bought an energy refill for 17, which left me with 1. The charge is listed as pending on my credit card.

Yes. No purchase other than one scoop and one energy refill were made.
