Today something strange happened. Today I tried to log in to my game and all I see is blue screen. My neighbors kingdom I can see but not my. What is wrong and how can I fix it.

Delete and redownload the game.

A fresh install should work, but if you are still experiencing this issue you may also want to try re-connecting to your wifi or connecting to a different connection altogether. Try putting your device in "Airplane" mode, then wait a few minutes before reconnecting.

We also suggest that you clear your cache in Safari:

Settings> Safari> Clear Cookies and Data

Make sure that you keep your background applications to a minimum, as running multiple applications at a time consumes resources on your device and may hinder performance.
