Forever Ovens gone

I logged in today in my Bakery Story and both of my forever ovens are gone. I haven't sold them, and can't imagine that anyone would hate me enough to log into my game when I'm not looking and sell them on me. I don't know if they were sold or not, but the two spots in my bakery that they were in are now empty, and they aren't in storage. It took forever to buy them, any way I can get a roll-back so they are back??????

Have u tried
uninstalling and reinstalling the game?
Cleaned out ur cache/ cookies?
Sent a help PM 2 one of the moderators like kooky panda?
Sent an email to Support@teamlava.com
closing ur game and then reopening ur game?
