Sadly Android users miss out on most of the fun features of Dragon Story - perhaps non-iOS platforms are more complicated developing game for, or maybe it's political reasons...there's a thread on here somewhere explaining differences, but i don't think it informs about WHY there are so much differences though.

There are some features currently only offered to IOS devices.
