Connectivity problems

For 10 hours now dragon story has been unable to connect. After countless hours of trying again and hard resets there is still no connection. Please do not respond with that stuff about it being my device and resetting stuff. The fact if the matter is this game goes down for hours at a time constantly. I check this game regularly all day long and this on going problem really throws off a lot of timing and hard work put into a game that should take a few moments outs of the day.

Are you implying that you've already tried resetting etc and it hasn't worked?

When I have issues I find restarting my wifi can help.

Hi All10star, we reviewed your account and didn't seem to encounter any difficulties with logging onto the game. Are you still experiencing this error? If so, can you provide us with what error messages you are receiving, or is the game automatically closing for you? If you haven't already, have you tried force-closing the game and ensuring a stable connection with your internet?
