Can't add tile, or certain decorations

I am currently playing Restaurant Story on my motorola droid. I can not decorate my restaurant with tiles, colors, windows, etc. I have a few decorations to choose from. My son has an Ipod and can add tiles etc. Is it because I have a droid and all decorations are not available? Help. Thanks.
