Is Stormie bugged out?

I just visited Stormie and there's nothing to tap on, everything is sparkly.

And it looks like redesigns on bakery story, restaurant story and fashion story, and there's been half tips showing and upset customers with no food or whatever. I find that to be odd.

Restaurant story has been having the same issue. 5/6 tables open. But just left game and returned and the filled tables were then open and I could leave the last tip.

We let Stormie know about Restaurant and Home, and he cleared it off! They should be available to tip now.
