If you change your apple ID, it will not change your game. What you will need to do, is after your change your apple ID, you will need to delete and redownload the game so
if you want to buy gold, your game will be tied to your new apple ID.

Bcoz I am little curious not to delete my game so I am not going to delete and changing my apple I'd and will buy gold from New apple I'd :);)

If you delete the game from your device, you progress is save, because it is saved on team Lavas Servers under your storm ID.
When you redownload the game all your progress will be there. (make sure you go under your game -menu-help and set a password for your storm ID if you do not already have a password set)
