How many enchanted farm do you have?

I thought that we all have maximum 6 enchanted farm. However, I recently visited a neighbour island and noticed that he has 7 farms. I discussed this issue with the other friend whom knows the difference and feels surprised also. Do you know how to get 7 farms or it is just the bug of this game resulting in the difference?

Some players can construct a 7th Farm. Unfortunately, this option is not yet available to all players.
