I've received a new fortune from Ivy telling me to be charming to the guy I have to give the letter that ivy has written for her sister. I have pressed on every building I have and the fortune is incomplete. Does anyone know what building I have to press to deliver the letter and "be charming" while doing it?

If that is one of the new fortunes you have to trade with Belladonna for it and get two trade tickets (called The Clerk's Mistake)
