Kaz home causing refresh?

All day long wherever I've tried to collect from kaz house it's caused my game to run the "loading" & refresh, anyone else have this problem? I've tried force closing it & it's still doing it :(

Yes it is a known problem, see the thread at the top re Troll Update 4.

Kaz is just lazy, and it takes a while to wake him.
