Unable to buy gold

I wanted to buy gold, so I clicked on the plus sign next to the gold but the gold screen was completely empty and no option to purchase.
Is this a current issue?
I'm using the current update

What device do you play on?

It is not a current issue, but sometimes will happen with the games.

Make sure that you have updated your device to the most current software version.

You can also try deleting and redownloading the game.

I play on an ipad2 will try deleting and downloading again
Edit: I deleted and downloaded again and problem resolved
