Retrieving goods from storage

Hi could someone assist in how goods in storage are retrieved

These are the steps:

Click on the edit icon
Click on the inventory icon
Scroll through till you find the item you want to display
Click on it then click where you want it in your kingdom

You'll only be able to display decorations and buildings (you can use the tabs in the inventory to filter these) not materials.

How can I retrieve my permitsthat's material. We can not take out anything from materials sections. You could use them in expansions
