Anyone get a response from support lately?

I sent a transfer request (one that I couldn't do on their website, of course) to them last thursday and it created a ticket, but I haven't heard back yet. I'm curious if anyone sent one around the same time and if they'd heard back. I don't want to create a new ticket if they are just swamped with emails and are getting back to people eventually.

Sent three different requests.. 1/5, 1/7 and 1/17
nothing in response to any of these except the robotic automatic message.
