There is a troll stuck in my Kingdon

I have a troll stuck on the edge of my kingdom and I can't get to him as the area that he is in is greyed out. So he is stuck on the edge and between some buildings. Any suggestions on how I get him out? I am on level 28 and need to get my potion which is one of the greyed buildings.

First try restarting your device. If he is still there, that means a very tiny part is within bounds.
Try moving you buildings to see if you can get to him better.
