Island Goal Issue -- HELP

So I have expanded to the dawn tree and the goal did not complete :(

I have reset my device (iPhone 5/iOS 7.1) and it still didn't complete! Help!!!!!

You have to expand twice. As soon as you start the second expansion, it will open the next stage of the goal.
There is a thread about this, just search Dawn tree goal, and it should find it for you. Good Luck! (;
