Level 19 no goals

I'm on level 19 and I have no goals aside from the Easter goals. I expanded to the pond last week. Where should I go next? The mines?

It's been a while since I've fully expanded so I don't really remember too well. But I'd definitely start heading towards the mine before going for the train. Once you've established yourself at the mine you can get the forge. Some people think the forge is a waste of time, however I love it. Granted, to start with I didn't use it much. I didn't have a lot of shovels/picks to use the mine. But the more plane deliveries you do, the more chance you have of getting picks/shovels. I'm on lvl 42 and I have my forge going pretty consistently, making mostly screws or nails or hammers as I get enough picks/shovels from the deliveries. It's the same with the jeweller. You probably won't really use that to start with but when you get to the higher levels you can start to use it quite regularly.
