If you decline a gift, does it count toward you 20 a day?

I don't think so. If you have a lot of neighbors you can delet the gifts you don't like and wait for the the gifts you prefer.

Your rating should only go down if you aren't actively tipping people.

Do your neighbors see that their gift has been declined? I like all of my neighbors, some of them send crappy gifts but ae active tippers and I don't want to make them feel bad cause I think they really don't know cappuccino is worth more.

^^ lol I was wondering the same! I love my neighbors, but some of their gifts sucks :-S lol I don't want to hurt their feelings.
