Celtic dragon???

Is it still possible to breed the Celtic dragon past St Pats day range? I still have the goal to breed it and I was wondering now that it's past that holiday if I can still get it or if it was just special for the holiday and just hasn't been removed from goal list....
I keep getting fruitful and a couple breeds ago got the fairytale one. And now I just got fairy.
