Clear All and Save/Cancel in Edit Mode

I think it would be nice to have a "clear all" button when editing. It takes a long time to store each item when I want to completely change my bakery and I sometimes end up accidentally selling an item. Also, I think there should be a save or cancel button in case I decide I don't like the "new design" after editing and want to keep how my bakery looked before editing.

Not sure if a save would be possible but a clear all and perhaps an undo button would rock! :)
