other way to transfer to a new device

my sons ipod dock connector inst working and for that i cant get the UDID
apple store give me a new one and i have just the new ipod UDID please help me to transfer my son games farm
bakery and restaurant he and his father has a competition playing and his sad thinking if lose everything on the games please please please help me!!!
