Any warning before item removal?

I see a lot of decorations I would like to eventually have in my bakery, but don't have the space right now. Is there any warning before an item gets removed from the "store" or do they just disappear?:eek:

There's usually a clean up of holiday stuff from the previous year at the beginning of January. There'll be in game popups saving stuff will be removed and people on the forum trying to work out what they think will be removed,
