Changed to new phone, same account on both.

I changed my device, so I logged in via Restaurant Story on the new device, but then I see the old device still has the same account. So I have same ID on both devices now. How do I fix this? I will give away my old phone, therefore I want to remove the accounts I have there.

Metro City Story does not recognize my storm8 id when i try to get neighbors on my iphone. I installed the app with my storm id and I have been playing M.C.S. for over a month. It wants me to create a new one. I play other games bakery and restaurant story on my kindle fire without any problems. i have been playing on the kindle for over a year and opened my account on the kindle.

Can you go ahead and create a new Storm8 ID for City Story Metro and send me a PM with your new ID?
