Losing hearts/ranking?

(iphone4/6.1.3, FS 2.1.7.3)

Maxed my social ranking last nite, but now I'm back to 3hearts and looks like I have a way to go, to get back to 4 hearts.

Bug or normal behavior (need to keep helping? I do it anyway)?

This is normal! The social ranking is a measure of how active you are in the game, so it will decrease over time. Keep helping out neighbors to get 4 hearts! :)

Good to know. I help constantly, so was surprised it went down so far, overnite. No more sleep for me LOL (totally kidding) ;)
