HELP! The Sparkle Fortune goal

The Sparkle Fortune has been sitting as a goal for a month now. I have looked under every rock, tree, building animal and adventure to finish this goal to no avail. Anyone accomplish this task? I'm at a loss with this one! Please help me.

I think it's either the Hidden sparkle of wealth and bounty or the Wisdom by the water fortune. In the first case you have to collect from a Talinum Auranticm flower (plant that has three yellow flowers on it) or in the second case u have to visit a pond.
