I have heard about this happening to others but this is a first for me. I was playing and my game kept telling me it was an on-line game and required internet access. I was repeatedly tapping the try again button and the exit buttons trying to get the game to exit so that I could restart it. Suddenly, it jumped over to my nest and the Blue Moon egg appeared and "poof" 1,500 in gold was gone. Imagine my shock and dismay. It took me many, many months to accumulate that much gold. I was saving for a really awesome dragon, like maybe a Diamond. Now I have almost no gold. I was not even interested in this dragon. What a waste. Has anyone had similar circumstances and been successful in actually pleading a case and having Team Lava remove the dragon and restore the gold?????? If not, this makes me have second thoughts about even playing at all any more.
