'Ghosting'

I am an android user, level 104.
For a few weeks now some of my habitats have been missing. All my dragons seem to there. Some just float around an empty space where there habitat should be.
My neighbour said this is called 'ghosting.' and I should email TL.
I thought I would try here first!
Any suggestions? (Have tried restarting device several times.)

Try clearing your Data.

On your device go to

Settings -Application manager -Dragon story and hit the Clear data button to see if this helps .

We have tested your account and experienced no issue with the disappearing habitat. We do noticed that you have a lot of dragons on your account. We recommend that you try closing all background apps and let the game completely load before playing. We hope this helps~

Now in the future if it ever happens again, I'll know how to solve it!

Hey, but cleaning the datas don't erase the entire game?
I'm with the same problem, and I'm afraid to do this T.T
