Combo for snowflake??

So I've decided I want to do more on my arctic isle, I've gotten a few but I want this dragon, but can't seem to find the combo for it. Unless I've managed to miss it in the threads that I've looked in.
Any help would be much appreciated :)

Got it recently with Blizzard 7 and Ice 8 after about 10 tries. Hope that helps.
