Cannot connect to the server from mainland China

Within the last week, I've been losting the connection to the game sever via any network very frequently. I tried Wi-Fi and Mobile network, but none's better. Sometimes good, sometimes down.
From this morning. I cannot connect to the game server any more. Kingdom clash is down, and Dragonstory is also down.
I am a user in mainland China.
