We may just get a box this wk, heaven forbid. I'd really like 2 c us start 2 get some spring decor since we didn't get any here last yr. I went back 2 winter sports n part of mt bakery since I wasn't sure what 2 do. Si my bakery is part boardwalk, part winter sports and part this and that.

I won't chance a box unless we get a release with other Easter decorations and tables. As cute as it may be, without an Easter themed section they would be lost in my bakery and useless.

I'm usually a sucker for a new box but until I get some more Easter things I won't be giving this one a go.

Are you guys really that surprised that it's only a box? At least once a month this occurs. Even if there were more items in this update, some of you guys will STILL find something to complain about eg "not enough BaKeRY things!!1!1! :(:(:(" *Several weeks of updates with food related decor come out* " NOO not enough girly things!!!1!1 :(:(:(" *goal update with girly things* "NOO TOO GIRLY!!1!1! :(:(:(" Some hold waaaay too high expectations about this game; if you find yourself every week not liking the updates, why bother to continue to play even if you did invest money?


Gosh, finally someone gets how I always feel. People just write for the sake of writing something to complain about. How long have we been playing and have had weeks where we get just a box? Stop acting surprised at a typical monthly occurrence. You're making yourselves look super silly at this point. Won't get any boxes until I see something super spectacular.

I don't understand comments like these. As plenty of us have to continuously state, we are entitled to our opinions, feedback, complaints, critique. I've invested money and three years into this game and once upon a time, this company used to care a lot more about their players. I also think I speak for a lot of players who don't want to stop playing not only because the amount of money we have invested into this game, but also because of the friendships we have formed in this game. Yes I find myself disappointed in this game/company majority of the time, but I also hold on to the hope that this company will better itself and treat all of their games with the same respect rather than playing favoritism. The thing that boggles my mind is they could easily have an update targeted towards players who will gladly spend money on gems (such as boxes) as well as having items other players can spend their coins on or gem items players don't have to gamble for, but instead they choose to have an update targeted towards strictly gems only and leave everyone else out. It's greedy and unfair and I'd rather voice that opinion than sit around making them believe it's perfectly acceptable. Good customer service= more happy players!

Cakes with stuff piled on top are old and never cute. But I love the little Easter egg decorating table! I'll probably have to open 10 boxes to get one. So not going to waste my time buying gems. I'll just enjoy what my neighbors are sure to get.

You say you hold hope yet I've seen people complain EVERY SINGLE WEEK no matter what is in the update. You don't like spending gems? THATS OKAY. you don't like boxes? THATS OKAY. MOVE ON WITH YOUR DAY. The great thing is that we DO receive updates weekly even if it's not something you particularly like!

So far I like the stuff that other people have posted, mine not so much :P I wish boxes gave you one of each item before repeating items. Then we could actually get all the items and have a nice Easter section!

These complaints don't affect you nor do they affect your life, and folks complaining about others complaining is just comical at this point. Just because TL won't change their ways does not mean players should stop expressing how they feel. Agreed. They have some really nice stuff sometimes, but you usually have to spend a ton of money and gems to get what you want! And I'm more on the broke side these days :P

Good lord. Here we go again. I feel like every time I go to a weekly thread update, it's the same whingers who complain and never seem to be happy no matter what TL puts on the table. If you're continually disappointed in what a company does, why do you continually CHOOSE to support that company? Holding out "hope" that they better themselves to suit what you deem is acceptable while constantly complaining you don't agree with what they're doing makes you look like a fool. Yes a FOOL. If I felt this way about TL, I would have deleted this app after months of playing. Not holding out for 3 YEARS+ hoping they change their ways.

That donut box is one of my favourite boxes! Pretty much love everything that's in it, including the 4th place items. :) I feel very lucky I have everything in that box. My arch nemesis is the Pastel Package box!

I love the box!! I loved last weeks Princess theme as well. I must say I was pleased to see that someone finally said what I frequently think when I come on this forum. I like to come on for the weekly update to see what pictures have been posted to see what I have to look forward to. This is a game. I play it for pleasure and relaxation. Seeing everyone complain every week is depressing. You have to realize the diversity of the players and understand that there are going to be things that you will hate, but someone else loves. There is nothing wrong with expessing your opinion, but not slamming the company while doing it. Note the word company. They are a business. Here to make a profit, thus the "box". Some of my neighbors have every item out of a box by the end of the day. The "company" makes good money on these and I guess I'm ok with that.

I can't believe a chocolate bunny is third prize. I haven't liked those things since I used to just eat its button eyes and toss the rest as a kid. I like the stuff on RS more, though is love to get my hands on the easter table. I do hope we get a LTO soon. And an appliance. I remember the easter event of a couple years back. i like the easter cookie decorating table a lot (thx for pic, bobbyrae!), but i always wish those decorating/food display tables - there are several for various holidays - weren't so dwarfed by what appears on top of the stove while you're cooking or the food on the counters. look at the sizes of the rolling pins on the ovens compared to the one that's on the decoration! i have that problem a lot with this game, of course, because tons of stuff is sized weirdly, but it bugs me the most when it's something i would otherwise really really want. so cute, just too tiny. :-(

Agree that items seem to be out of proportion compared to others! Even when the bots eat the food, some food appears large while others are small on a plate. I would love it if they made all the baking counters/prep stations to be at least a 3x1 display.

It actually merges into the display case like that. Weird glitchy pixels. It is nice though. I like these kinds of preparation tables, but I do agree with previous posters. I wish they could all be the same size. Makes it easier to decorate.

Yes those tables are indeed cute !!! I really like display cases more though... I'm missing the Lucky display from 2012 & the Holiday case from 2011. Now what would an Easter display look like...??? With all them flowers & eggs I seen probably pretty cute!

Also I think of the larger displays for adults & the smaller ones for the kids to reach so they don't have to tip-toe. :rolleyes:

Updates haven't been very good for a while. Hoping next week we get some Easter stuff. Preferably coin items though gem items are ok to. Just missing out this week as I wont spend money on gems anymore. Anyways hopefully next week the update will be geared towards everyone both gem buyers and non gem buyers alike.
