I'm stuck in the cutting room floor case... can't open the projection room no matter how much I play. Is it waiting for me to get to certain levels on bingo and the bubble game?

No those goals are completely unrelated. Have you finished analysing all the available forensic clues?

You need to earn a total of 3 Badges to unlock this scene. I took a look at your game and you currently have 2 Badges. To earn a Badge, you must complete a scene with 5 Stars. Replay some of the previous scenes until you have enough Badges. Good luck! :)
